Robert Earl began his term as president in May of 2024. He has previously held positions of vice president and secretary on the board. He is retired from Eli Lilly, where he worked as a development engineer.

Tricia Stieneker and her husband, Jeff, have lived in Stonewick since 2013. They met in high school while working at O’Malia’s. They have two children and five grandchildren. The Stienekers have enjoyed renovating their home and enjoy entertaining in it. A love for Indiana University runs deep in her family—with Tricia, her kids, her kids’ spouses, and in-laws all attending. Tricia is pleased to represent her neighbors in Stonewick.

Zachary Kulsrud has been a Waterstone resident since 2021. He and his wife, Andrea, have two children, Sylvia and Emerson. They love Waterstone and are grateful for the exceptional amenities and their wonderful neighbors.

Zachary works as the Director of Marketing for Pulpdent Corporation, a dental manufacturer based in Watertown, Massachusetts. He grew up in Carmel near 106th Street and Keystone. He is a graduate of Carmel High School and the University of Notre Dame.

Mike Renninger and his spouse, Pam, built their Bayhill home in 1999, and are fortunate to live adjacent to Lake Waterstone, the clubhouse, and the pool. Mike advises community banks on matters involving mergers and acquisitions. A former CPA, Mike graduated from Indiana University. He enjoys spending time with his family (particularly his two grandchildren!), bicycling on the Monon Trail, and attending Carmel High School and Indiana University football and basketball games.

Derrick Duncan moved to Waterstone in 2017 with his wife and their five children. They love all the community amenities. When Derrick isn't fulfilling his duties as a firefighter with the Indianapolis Fire Department, he teaches tennis, writes music, and spends quality time with his family.

Matthew Kelsch and his wife Jeanne have lived in Windpointe for nearly 30 years, where they raised their three children. Matt graduated from Indiana University with a degree in marketing and finance and spent more than 30 years in the electronics industry. He has worked as a salesman, sales manager, and then business owner. Matt recently sold his two companies, Pyramid Design and Construction and American Welding, to his son and another key employee, and Matt is now retired. What his family likes best about the neighborhood is the location and the people who live here. Matt says, “The neighborhood is well maintained and is a gem within the city of Carmel!”

Chuck Lencheck and his wife Lori and have lived in Windpointe for more than 25 years. They raised four daughters here and now play with 4 grandchildren. Chuck has a BA from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Butler University. He currently works as Senior Vice President of Channel Development for a Fortune 500 company. He is a fan of John Denver, Michael Bublé, and John Coltrane’s music; skiing in Colorado; pickleball in Carmel; and sailing anywhere. He also knows all the words to Hamilton.

Erik Mroz moved to Waterstone with his family in June 2018. They love the community amenities, mature landscaping, and the strong sense of community. Erik is a partner with Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, in Carmel, where he focuses on environmental law, insurance coverage, and litigation. In his spare time, Erik and his family enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and hosting backyard BBQs.

Kent Paulin graduated from Ball State and Butler. He spent 35 years in law enforcement before retiring in 2004. Kent and his wife of 50 years, Debbie, moved to Stonewick in 2015. They enjoy travel and spending time with their son in California.
