The Waterstone Homeowners Association meets the fourth Monday of most months at 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse. Occasionally the meeting may be moved to a different day due to a scheduling conflict. Current neighborhood business is discussed by board members, and standing committees provide updates. The meeting is open to Waterstone residents. If you have an item you wish to be discussed, please reach out to your board representatives prior to the meeting. Residents also have the opportunity to speak at the end of the meeting. Two minutes of speaking time are allotted per resident. Minutes from each meeting are taken by the board secretary and posted in the Documents section of the KMC-Waterstone / Frontsteps portal for homeowner-only access.
