On May 4 at Founder’s Park, the Waterstone Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors held its 2023 Annual Meeting. A great crowd of Waterstone residents attend. City Council members Adam Aasen and Jeff Worrell also joined. The council members updated homeowners on current developments in Carmel, and answered a variety of questions.

Minutes from the 2023 Annual Meeting are posted on the Kirkpatrick Management website.

At the start of the meeting, homeowners voted on board seats that were up for election. The election resulted in two board changes:

  • Rob Baker is a new board representative for Bayhill.

  • Tricia Stieneker is a new board representative for Stonewick.

For more information about Rob and Tricia, including their bios and contact information, please visit the Board page.

There was also one officer change, with Rob Baker replacing Jemmie Wang in the role of Board Treasurer. Chuck Lencheck remains President of the Board, and David Stippler remains Board Vice President & Secretary.

Rob Earl and Jane Frary are leaving the Board. We thank Rob and Jane for their service during their terms. Their tireless efforts have helped make Waterstone one of the best neighborhoods in Carmel.

Thank you for all who participated in this year’s Annual Meeting. We look forward to joining you in a wonderful year ahead!
