All Waterstone residents are invited to attend the 2024 Annual Meeting

What:

2024 Waterstone HOA Annual Meeting

Includes Board of Directors election and voting on neighborhood business if needed

When:

Tuesday, May 14, 2024

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for voting.

You may vote anytime between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m.

Voting ends promptly at 7:00 p.m. No ballots will be accepted after 7:00 p.m.

The meeting agenda begins at 7:00 p.m.

Where:

Wilfong Pavilion at Founder’s Park

11675 Hazel Dell Parkway, Carmel, IN 46033

The meeting may be joined by Zoom. See the Waterstone Calendar for Zoom information. Note: Homeowners may not vote via Zoom. See the Annual Meeting page for voting instructions and how to vote by proxy.

Why:

Each year, the Waterstone HOA holds an Annual Meeting as described by the governing documents of the association. The meeting opens with elections for the Board of Directors and continues with neighborhood business. In years past, the Annual Meeting has hosted featured speakers, such as Carmel city councilors.
