To assist Waterstone homeowners with its new KMC Connect Portal, Kirkpatick Management Company has provided a new guidance. The guidance was emailed to homeowners on February 23, 2022, and may be found below:

Waterstone Homeowners,

Kirkpatrick Management and the Waterstone Board of Directors appreciate your patience and understanding during the transition to a new portal system. The new KMC Connect Portal is now powered by Frontsteps. This new portal offers many of the same features as the previous KMC Connect, with several upgraded features, including in-app payments to avoid being routed to external banking websites.

[Below] you will find a full handbook going over the features available to you. We have also included a one-page excerpt from the handbook regarding association documents to ensure you can navigate the new document structure and access the information that is important for you.

We hope this transition will provide our customers with an upgraded user experience, and we are ready to answer any questions you may have. The new KMC Connect offers a payment support line that is open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to assist with any payment or registration issues. Call them toll-free at (800) 245-9713.
