Nominations Now Open For Expiring HOA Board Seats

Have you ever considered serving on the Waterstone Homeowners Association Board of Directors? Well, now is your chance!

Five board seats will be filled at the Waterstone HOA’s annual meeting. The meeting will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Founder’s Park, located at 11675 Hazel Dell Parkway in Carmel.

Due to expiring terms, the following seats will be open:

• Two seats from Bayhill

• One seat from Brookfield

• One seat from Stonewick

• One seat from Windpointe

Waterstone HOA Board Member Description

As part of the HOA Board, you’ll be on the forefront of helping to plan for the future of our wonderful Waterstone community. You’ll also be ensuring that your association is working in the best interest of all homeowners. 

Current bylaws provide that a nominee must present the signatures of five property owners in support of his or her candidacy. The nomination form may be found here:

This form must be fully completed by April 8, 2022, and submitted to Kirkpatrick Management, Inc., via email or fax as indicated on the form.
