Home renovation season is in full swing, and we would like to thank all Waterstone homeowners who have completed their Architectural Change Forms this summer.

Have a project scheduled for the fall? If so, remember that all exterior architectural and landscaping projects must be reviewed by the Waterstone HOA Architectural Review Board (ARB) per our covenants. You can learn about the process in this article and find the Architectural Change Form here.
