Remember These Rules When Fishin’

When the weather begins to cool, we expect to see more HOA members fishing on Lake Waterstone. As a reminder, fishing is restricted on Lake Waterstone to the following three common areas:

• The Heatherstone Place boat ramp common area

• The clubhouse common area

• The common area south of 126th street at the Bayhill entrance

Lake Waterstone lakefront property owners may also fish on their property's lake bank and lake dock.

When fishing, please be aware of private lakefront property to avoid trespassing. For example, fishing on a dock that is not yours or in front of a home that is not yours is prohibited.

All fishing is for HOA members only. HOA members may have guests, but they must be accompanied at all times. For complete information, please see the official Waterstone HOA Lake Rules.
