Matthew Kelsch Joins Board of Directors, Representing Windpointe

The Waterstone Homeowners Association would like to welcome Matthew Kelsch to its board of directors!

Matt will represent Windpointe, where he and his family have lived for almost 30 years. Matt will also serve as the chair of the Clubhouse Committee.

Matt graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance. After college, Matt started a career in the electronics industry, where he spent his first 34 years working as a salesman, sales manager, and then business owner selling electronic components in the Midwest.

In 2015, Matt left the electronics world and decided to buy his own company. He purchased Pyramid Design and Construction, which was based in Indianapolis and specialized in commercial facility maintenance and repair.  In 2020, Matt made the decision to acquire a second company and purchased American Welding, which specializes in the installation of air compressors and piping.

In February of this year, Matt sold both companies to his son and another key employee and is now retired.

Matt and his wife Jeanne have lived in Windpointe for 29 years, where they raised their three children. What they like best about the neighborhood is the location and the people who live here. “The neighborhood is well maintained and is a gem within the city of Carmel!” says Matt.

Matt joined the board in July following a vote by the Waterstone HOA Board of Directors. Matt fills the seat of Jemmie Wang, who resigned earlier this year. We thank Jemmie for his many years of service to Waterstone, including his work on the Lakes Committee and as Treasurer. We wish him the best as he pursues his love of traveling in the years to come!

To find information on how to contact Matt or another HOA volunteer, please see the Board & Contacts page.
