Nominations Due April 15 for Board Seat Elections

Have you ever considered serving on the Waterstone HOA Board of Directors? Well, now is your chance!

Five board seats will be filled at the 2024 Waterstone HOA Annual Meeting, which will take place Tuesday, May 14, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.* The meeting will take place at the Wilfong Pavilion at Founder’s Park, which is located at 11675 Hazel Dell Parkway.

The following seats will be open for election/reelection due to expiring terms:

  • Two seats from Bayhill

  • One seat from Brookfield

  • One seat from Stonewick

  • One seat from Windpointe

Current bylaws provide that a nominee must present the signatures of five property owners in support of his or her candidacy. The nomination form may be found here: 2024 Waterstone HOA Board of Director Seat Nomination Form.

As part of the HOA Board, you’ll be on the forefront of helping to plan for the future of our wonderful Waterstone community. You’ll also be ensuring that your HOA is working in the best interest of all homeowners. If you have a desire to serve, the HOA board may be a good choice for you!

*Annual Meeting voting takes place anytime between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Voting ends promptly at 7:00 p.m. Ballots will not be accepted after 7:00 p.m.
