Now Available: Ballot and Proxy Form for May 3 Annual Meeting

On April 14, Kirkpatrick Management sent documents to Waterstone residents for the 2022 Homeowners Association Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held May 3 at 7:00 p.m. in the conference center at Founders Park, located at 11675 Hazel Dell Parkway. A Zoom link for the meeting is also available.

Included in the documents are:

• An election ballot for five open seats on the Waterstone HOA Board of Directors (PDF download)

• A Waterstone HOA Annual Meeting proxy form (PDF download)

The proxy form is for the benefit of HOA members unable to personally attend the Annual Meeting.

It is extremely important that a quorum of at least 56 homeowners be present in person or via proxy for the HOA to conduct its business. Consequently, if you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete the proxy form and send it to Kirkpatrick Management. The proxy form must be received by May 2, 2022, using one of the options indicated at the bottom of the form.
