Peter Wang Appointed to Architectural Review Board

The Waterstone Homeowners Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Peter Wang has been elected to the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Wang will replace John Kent, who is stepping down. Wang joins Erik Mroz and Natalie Steinert on the three-member board.

Wang is the owner of Bridgewater Masters, LLC, and owner/partner of Sigma Capital LLC and Sigma Builders LLC, an Indiana-based custom home builder. His previous work includes owner of Advanced Consulting International as well as positions at Eli Lilly & Company and The Boeing Company.

The ARB regulates the external design, appearance, location, and maintenance of Waterstone properties. It also regulates improvements and uses of property. Members of the ARB are elected by the Waterstone HOA Board of Directors by a majority vote. Individuals on the Waterstone HOA Board of Directors may not serve on the ARB.

The Waterstone HOA Board of Directors would like to welcome Wang and thank him for his willingness to serve.
