Make Plans to Attend the Special Meeting on April 17 to Vote on Proposed Covenants

There will be a special meeting on Wednesday, April 17, to vote on proposed changes to the HOA covenants. The meeting will at 7:00 p.m. and held at Wilfong Pavilion in Founders Park.

All residents are encouraged to apply or submit a proxy. Ten percent (10%) of Waterstone homeowners are required for a quorum.

2024 Waterstone HOA Special Meeting - Vote on Proposed Covenants

The meeting is the culmination of two years of hard work by homeowners to make necessary updates to our covenants. We would like to thank everyone who has been involved in this major neighborhood effort.

Note: The meeting does not replace the monthly HOA Board meeting in April.

Proposed changes to the HOA bylaws will also be discussed at the special meeting. No voting will take place regarding the bylaws on April 17.
