Standup Paddle Board Event Coming June 24
Join your neighbors this summer for a very special Standup Paddle Board (SUP) experience!
On Saturday, June 24, the Social Committee will be hosting a free sunset standup paddle board event on Waterstone Lake in conjunction with Pure Soul Paddle Board Yoga.
Whether you’re an experienced boarder or a first-time rider, this is an event you don’t want to miss!
The event will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and is open to all residents. Children are welcome, but they must be 5 years or older to participate.
We will meet at the Waterstone Lake public dock, located on the south end of Heatherstone Place. From there, Pure Soul Paddle Board Yoga instructor Trisha Young will lead SUP lessons and guide attendees through a beautiful sunset experience.
There is no cost for this event, but RSVP is required by June 16 as space is limited. Send your RSVP, including the name and age of each guest, to Andrea Kulsrud at andreakulsrud@yahoo.com.
Important safety notes and reminders:
Adult life jackets will be provided for residents ages 12 and up.
Children ages 5 to 11 must provide their own life jacket.
Children ages 5 to 11 must ride on the board with their parent/guardian.
Children under 5 years of age may not participate due to safety precautions.
