Zachary Kulsrud Joins Waterstone Board of Directors
Zachary Kulsrud has been elected to the Waterstone Homeowners Association Board of Directors. Kulsrud was selected last Monday during a special meeting of the board. He replaces Rob Baker, who has moved with his family to a new home outside of Waterstone.
Kulsrud will be one of the three members of the board to represent Bayhill. He will complete the remainder of Baker’s two-year term, which runs through May 2025. The seat will come open for election at the 2025 Waterstone HOA Annual Meeting.
Kulsrud is the Director of Marketing at Pulpdent Corporation, a dental research, sales, and manufacturing company headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts. He grew up in Carmel near 106th Street and Keystone, and is a graduate of Carmel High School and the University of Notre Dame.
In 2021, Kulsrud and his family moved from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Waterstone. Since that time, he has worked as a liaison to the Communications Committee, where he has assisted in the development and posting of content to the Waterstone of Carmel website.
The board would like thank Rob for his service and welcome Zachary. The board wishes Rob best of luck in his new adventures!
