Erik Mroz Joins Waterstone HOA Board of Directors
Erik Mroz, the standing chair of the Waterstone Homeowners Association Architectural Review Board, has been elected to the Waterstone Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
Mroz was unanimously elected to fill a board vacancy during the November HOA board meeting. He replaces Jonathan Hill, who left the board to accept a new job opportunity in Los Angeles.
Mroz will represent Brookfield and complete the remainder of Hill’s two-year term. Mroz will serve on the board until the HOA’s annual meeting in 2023 or until his successor is duly elected.
In accordance HOA bylaws, Mroz will leave his position on the Architectural Review Board (ARB). The bylaws state that no person may serve on both the ARB and the board of directors at the same time.
ARB member Natalie Steinert will assume Mroz’s position as ARB chair. A replacement will be sought to fill Mroz’s vacated position.
