Waterstone HOA Board Elects Greg Mohr to Fill ARB Vacancy

At its January 24, 2022, meeting, the Waterstone Homeowners Association Board of Directors elected Greg Mohr to serve on the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Mohr and his spouse, Nancy, are eight-year residents of Stonewick. Mohr fills a vacancy created by Erik Mroz’s recent election to the HOA board.

Mohr has been a real estate broker for more than two decades. He is the founder of the Gregory Mohr Group, which he describes as “a full-time real estate company, to meet the needs of discerning clients, built upon the values of personal service, integrity, honesty, and knowledge.”

The board of directors is pleased that Greg is joining the ARB to lend his exemplary real estate background and expertise to serving the Waterstone community.
